It's come to a point, (had this same revelation about 9 years back) that I hate the sight of current self - ie. all lardy. Just fed up with comments made by other people about me as well.
So in view of many butt-ache, muscle-ache,and many a rumbly tummy days ahead, I am declaring that I am going on diet extreme. hmmm well not exactly extreme, cos that was the diet I went on years back. This diet extreme part II is tailored for the active woman who needs to tone up and feel good.
Maybe a better sense of self worth at that too.
So over the next 2-3 months, it'll be a tough battle between lazy self and "I can't take this anymore" self and get my ass in gear to doing something about it.
