Ladies and gentlemen,

May I present to you the humble marzipan.

Perfect in stollens, gives that rich nutty taste. I've had stollens without marzipans - SACRILEGIOUS!!

Excellent in cakes.

Combined with the rich milk chocolate - is to die for.

Or just on its own. Ahhhh.

Perfekt!

PS. Just had 2 fantastic pieces of stollen from M&S. Food orgasm man.
